Shipping & Returns

We offer the following shipping methods for all European orders:

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Available for all orders. Tracking included.
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days): Priority processing and expedited delivery. Tracking included.

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents.

We currently ship to the following countries:

• United Kingdom
• Germany
• Denmark
• Sweden
• France
• Spain
• Italy

Additional countries will be added soon. Contact us if your country is not listed.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product names, or descriptions visible on the exterior of the package. Your privacy is our priority.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• 14-Day Return Window: You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery
• Condition: Products must be in their original, sealed packaging
• Refund: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

• Include your order number and reason for the return
• We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
• Ship the product back in its original packaging
